The band Kevin encourages the purely non-commercial exchange of music taped at our concerts.
No commercial gain may be sought by tapes, compact discs, websites, archives or any other kinds of media offering digital files or analog recordings of our music, whether through advertising, selling music in any form, exploiting databases compiled from their traffic, or by any other means.
All participants in the exchange of taped music by the band Kevin acknowledge and respect the copyrights of the performers, writers and publishers of the performed music.
We reserve the ability to withdraw our sanction of non-commercial digital music should circumstances arise that compromise our ability to protect and steward the integrity of our work.
We also reserve the ability to change our policy at any time.
This notice should be clearly posted on all sites and media engaged in this activity.
